Penny Signs Four-Book Deal With Embla Books

Embla Books, a digital first imprint of Bonnier Books, has signed up Penny Batchelor on a four-book deal. Embla will be re-issuing her first two psychological thrillers My Perfect Sister and Her New Best Friend with new covers and audio versions, and have also commissioned two new novels to be published in 2024.

Cara Chimirri, Editorial Director of Embla, said: “Penny is the master of the did-not-see-that-coming twist and both Her New Best Friend and My Perfect Sister had me gripped from the very first page until the final heart-stopping conclusion – which always makes you question everything you thought you knew!
